Shahar Hania

Shahar is an electro-optics expert with vast experience in the fields of combined electro-optics systems, detection/IR systems and lasers. He led Rail Vision’s Research and Development department for 5 years, before being appointed its CEO. Previously, Shahar held the position as senior system engineering at Rayteq Photonic Solutions, Elop/Elbit and Bird Aerosystems. He has a B.Sc. in Physics and Electro-optics Engineering from JCT (Jerusalem College of Technology) and a M.Sc. in electro-optics engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
Ofer Neveh
CFO @Rail Vision
numerous financial and accounting roles at public companies traded in Israel and the US. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business from The College of Management Academic Studies and a M.A. in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
